Whisking Your Way to Health

Whisking Your Way to Health is a series of six classes to help participants learn to decrease fat, salt and sugar in foods and to use herbs, spices, citrus and vegetables for flavor.  The focus of two of the classes is planning nutrient rich meals with less empty calories.  Each class a meal is served demonstrating the topic for the day. Dates are listed below; all classes are at 12noon in Rebecca Sealy room 1.504:

June 16, July 14, August 18, September 22, and October 20
