JOB SUMMARY: Assist finance leadership in all aspects of managing employee benefits, new employee initialization, employee records, the Office of International Affairs. Act as primary contact with U.T. System Employee Group Insurance and Human Resources offices. Implement/maintain systems/procedures to ensure compliance, maintain collaborative relationships with finance and human resource functions, maintain a customer-focused environment and responsible for on-going performance management and staff development activities. MAJOR DUTIES / CRITICAL TASKS:
REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of related experience. EQUIPMENT: Standard office equipment WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Standard office environment OTHER: Specific job requirements or physical location of some positions allocated to this classification, may render this position security sensitive, and thereby subject to the provisions of Section 51.215, Texas Education Code.
