JOB SUMMARY:
To provide coordination and production of
communications materials to support the fund-raising process.
Major Duties / Critical Tasks:

Researches, edits and drafts funding proposals
to enlist major philanthropic support from individuals, foundations,
corporations for UTMB priority initiatives.

Works with publications staff to produce
collateral pieces that support UTMB’s fund raising efforts.

Serves as an important member of the
advancement communications team, provides advice and recommendations for
communications processes and provides essential editorial support for a
variety of communications projects.

Supports the university’s stewardship effort
by providing written communications to UTMB benefactors detailing the impact
of their giving on the university.

Drafts correspondence for various members of
the University Advancement team.

Performs related duties as required.
REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field and one year of experience.
EQUIPMENT:
Standard office equipment.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Standard office environment.
