JOB SUMMARY: To provide a high level of staff assistance to Entity Administrative Services Team Manager in carrying out the missions of the institution. Organizes, coordinates, and performs administrative duties concerning human resource and financial management activities and assists in the supervision of administrative staff. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
MARGINAL OR PERIODIC FUNCTIONS: Performs related duties as required. REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and three years of related experience. EQUIPMENT: Standard office equipment. WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Standard office environment. OTHER: Specific job requirements or physical location of some positions allocated to this classification, may render this position security sensitive, and thereby subject to the provisions of Section 51.215, Texas Education Code.
