JOB SUMMARY: 

Responsible for developing presentations in support of major presidential and institutional initiatives and events.    

MAJOR DUTIES / CRITICAL TASKS: 

  • Provide fact-finding, writing and presentation development assistance in support of President’s Office priorities. 

  • Provide support for recurring/ongoing projects and events including, but are not limited to:  President’s Outreach Visits; Town Meetings (including web site), President’s web page, the Professionalism web site and its related activities; Development Board Weekends and Founders Day Weekend.  

  • Provide fact-finding writing and presentation development assistance to the Office of the Vice President for University Advancement in support of major cultivation and fund-raising initiatives, such as site visits from potential contributors and key stewardship events. 

  • Coordinate multiple presentations and/or remarks and audio visual management.

  • Provide the Office of the President with fact-finding, writing and presentation development for miscellaneous guest columns, correspondence, publications, community appearances and professional conferences.

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Performs related duties as required.

REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and two years related experience.
