The Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) is charged with advancing the institution as the educator, employer and provider of choice
by promoting an inclusive environment that actively values diversity among students, faculty, staff, patients and the broader community.
Established in the year 2012, the mission of the Office is to integrate inclusion and excellence into the core aspects of the institution's
mission work through thought leadership, consulting, and service delivery. To that end, the Office has developed an overarching strategy
to accomplish the institution's commitment to diversity.
The work of the Office is organized around five broad areas of opportunity which align with the strategic pillars
of the institution. Each focus area represents the building blocks for a sustainable process for advancing a culture of inclusion.
